An initial consultation should not cost more than £220. Follow up consultations will be no more than £150. Further costs for investigations and treatment can be obtained from each individual hospital.

Prior to your child’s appointment, it is advised you check with your insurer the conditions of your policy and whether it will cover the initial appointment fee and subsequent investigations and treatment. Each policy is different and in some cases there may be an excess charge to pay. We recommend obtaining a pre-authorisation number prior to the appointment.

The initial consultation fee is for the appointment only. This does not cover investigation (X-ray, CT or MRI), blood tests or further treatment including physiotherapy and surgery. Further details of costs can be obtained from each individual hospital. If surgery is proposed, a procedure code will be provided and this can be checked with the insurer with regards to reimbursement.

Mr Ng Man Sun is recognised by all the major private insurance companies including: BUPA, AVIVA, AXA PPP, Cigna, Vitality Health, Aetna and WPA. It is important to note that each health insurance policy is different and we are not party to either individual or corporate policy information. Our contract to treat is with the patient, and regardless of medical health cover you remain responsible for the payment of fees. This is especially important in the event of any failure by your insurer to fully reimburse your treatment which results in a shortfall in payment.
